Shelby Stafford

Shelby is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. She received her license to Massage in 2020 after completing her certification at Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage.

The following year, she obtained her certification in Reiki, levels 1 and 2, allowing her to perform lightwork where energy is stagnant in the body. To better help her clients on a more spiritually deeper level to help heal their bodies and minds. Shelby also does hot stone massages and cupping. Shelby looks forward to starting her training and knowledge on Rolfing starting in March of
2025. She is also eager to obtaining her myofascial certification through John Barnes, while still taking continuing education course throughout the years to keep up to date on new advances in the massage industry to better her clients.

Shelby believes in being an advocate for her client’s health, with their comfort in mind, throughout the body, mind, and spirit.
