Alena Bates

Alena Bates is a licensed massage therapist going on for four years come 2025. She obtained her license though Tri-c with over 800 clinical hours in just one year of massage therapy program where she also earned my associates degree. Alena has
then proceeded to spend an additional six months after massage school diving deeper into the understanding of the body to better aid my clients in sports massage.

Alena specializes in sports medicine massage which includes myofascial work, stretching, muscle energy technique, trigger points, throughout various pressure. In addition, Alena can also do relaxation, Cupping and hot stone massage. I plan on continuing my education of myofascial massage in addition to taking a special course to get certified in Structural integration also known as Rolfing which will be added to my repertoire of skills sets to better aid my clients in getting back to their day-to-day life
without restrictions that they might face due to body aches and pains.
