
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing through “spiritually guided life force energy.”. The reiki practitioner may or may not lay their hands on the person receiving the reiki session. They may or may not use a pendulum. Reiki will treat the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.
What to expect with Reiki
During your reiki session. The practitioner will ask you to undress down to your comfort level. You will be asked to get on the table under the sheets. During the session the practitioner will lightly place their hand on you or might hover their hand about your body while they assess your energy field. Unlike other massage studios, our practitioner will then discuss what they felt at each of your seven different meridians.
